International Shipping Policy

We regret that, due to difficulties with customs and duties, we have suspended International Shipping until further notice. At this time, we are only able to accept orders via Amazon.com to customers within the continental United States. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
These policies apply to VitaBreeze.com website orders to be shipped to countries outside the U.S., including, but not limited to, those in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
Please note that every country has different laws and fees involved in importing dietary supplements. To avoid costly delays or confiscations, VitaBreeze urges all international customers to contact the customs office in their country of residence to ensure they are able to receive any orders made on this website, and verify any fees involved.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. Please be advised that VitaBreeze has no control over these charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
When your order arrives at customs, either our shipper, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances, our shipper is required to pay certain duties and taxes in advance, on a customer's behalf. For instance, our shipper may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, the shipper will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the recipient.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be formulated or labeled in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country prior to placing an order. VitaBreeze will not be held responsible for products withheld by the customs office of the destination country.
VitaBreeze advises that all international customers check with the customs office in their country of residence before placing any orders on the VitaBreeze.com website.
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
To ensure you make the right choice, we offer a flexible, 30-Day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of the date of shipment to obtain a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
